TR 2018/27

Report: TR 2018/27

Author: Jo McQueen-Watton; Chris Bycroft (Wildlands)

About this report

Freshwater Ecosystem Services project involves assessments of ecosystem services (and their values) from freshwater bodies (rivers, streams, lakes and wetlands) in the Waikato region. The services and values are being presented in a web-map as a tool to apply the concepts of ecosystem services as stated in the Waikato Regional Policy Statement objective 3.8. In this Phase (Phase 2) of the project, the concepts were applied to terrestrial geothermal sites in the Waikato Region. The results were discussed and presented in this report.
