About the proposal
Enviro NZ Services Limited has lodged an application with Waikato Regional Council to replace existing Resource Consents for the continued discharge of refuse to land and associated diversion of stormwater and groundwater, groundwater and surface water take, discharge of leachate to land, treated stormwater to land and water, and contaminants to air at Hampton Downs Landfill.

Any person may make a submission on the above applications, but a person who is a trade competitor of the applicant may do so only if that person is directly affected by an effect of the activity to which the application relates that:
- adversely affects the environment; and
- does not relate to trade competition or the effects of trade competition.
